Located in a quiet neighborhood, the spacious cabin has ample space for entertainment, cooking, dining and sleeping. ★ Cozy bedroom featuring a comfortable queen bed, TV with Roku, and warm, inviting decor - perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. ★ Comfy seating or a new sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress in the living room. ★ Two seater wooden swing on the porch to enjoy the mountain views or the gorgeous night sky. Porch has a weight limit of 400 lbs. ★ The spacious kitchen comes equipped with an induction stovetop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and a full size fridge. It's stocked with pots, pans, silverware, cooking utensils and drinkware. 4 seater dining table available to enjoy your meals. ★ The wraparound deck offers 2 rockers, a park bench and a hot tub, with a soothing view of the mountains lit up by patio lights. ★ Brand new park style grill as of Nov '24! Please bring charcoal and other supplies. ★ Firepit available for your enjoyment. It's a bit of a descent. Please bring firewood and other supplies. ★ Fresh linens, towels, toilet paper and paper towel are provided. Please bring your favorite bodywash and hair care products. ★ Fast Wi-Fi rated up to 300 MBPS. ★ You may occasionally see bears near the cabin. Please maintain safe distance. They can be dangerous. Do not leave food in the car. Lock your car. Bears can open unlocked car doors.

- Pets are not allowed due to allergy concerns. You will be charged $250 and for any damage if you bring a pet. - You may see and hear critters. Part of being in the mountains. - You may occasionally see bears around the cabin. Bears can be dangerous. Please maintain safe distance. Lock cars and don't leave any food in the car. Bears can open car doors. - Parking at the cabin is on level ground. Last 0.3 miles are unpaved and a little hilly but not too bad. 2 wheel cars are fine during summer but 4 wheel is advised during winter months. - Fireplace is available Nov 1st to Mar 31st as with every cabin in the area. - Hot tub not recommended for guests under 25 or if pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! - No late check-out or early check-in without prior agreement. Our cleaners need time to prepare cabin for next guest. - No refunds for weather, natural disasters, other things beyond our control. Travel insurance is advised. - Absolutely no fires inside or out other than the fireplace or fire pit. Fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.

★ Parking at the cabin is on level ground (which is not the case with all cabins in the area!) ★ Last 0.3 miles to the cabin are unpaved and a little hilly. 2 wheel drive vehicles are fine during summer but 4 wheel is advised during winter months. ★ You will get a code to the electronic lock before check-in. You get the whole cabin to yourself.
